Armed suspect sought in early morning robbery

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying and tracking down an unknown suspect who robbed a Bonita Springs convenience store early this morning.

At 3:16 a.m., an unknown male walked into the Speedway, located at 27001 Old 41 Road.  He immediately walked around the counter, showed the clerk the top of a firearm, and demanded all the cash in the till.  The employee complied and opened the register, at which point the suspect removed all the cash and fled on foot in an unknown direction.

He is described as a white male, approximately 5’8”, with a thin to average build.  At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a black hooded jacket, a skull mask and sunglasses.
