An enhanced photo of the suspect who robbed a Lee County 7-Eleven last weekend has been created, in hopes of linking a name to the unknown suspect’s face.

Detectives are hopeful that someone will recognize a clearer image of the man who robbed the San Carlos Boulevard store of an undisclosed amount of cash at gunpoint on May 27.  Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).  All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.  Tips may also be made at www.southwestfloridacrimestoppers.com or by submitting a tip through the P3Tips mobile app.

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying an unknown man who robbed a Lee County convenience store at knifepoint early this morning.

Just before 2 a.m., an unknown suspect walked into the 7-Eleven, located at 17451 San Carlos Boulevard, displaying a large fixed blade knife.  The man demanded that the clerk hand over all the money in the register.  After getting the cash, the suspect fled in a dark colored four door car, headed northbound on San Carlos Boulevard.

He is described as a white male, approximately 6’0”, medium build, with a tattoo of a tear drop under his left eye.   Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).  All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.  Tips may also be made online at www.southwestfloridacrimestoppers.com or by submitting a tip on the P3Tips mobile app.
