Search still on for Cape robbery suspect

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying and tracking down an unknown suspect who robbed a southwest Cape Coral convenience store early Saturday morning.

Just after 1 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, a masked man approached the Circle K store, located at the 3700 block of Skyline Boulevard.  He forced a store employee, who was standing outside, back into the building and demanded all the money from the register.  After receiving the cash, he fled southbound on foot.

He is described as a white or Hispanic ,male, roughly 6’0” tall, with very noticeable tattoos on his arms.

Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).  All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.  Tips may also be made online at www.southwestfloridacrimestoppers.com or by submitting a tip on the P3Tips mobile app.
