Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying and tracking down a man who robbed a Circle K convenience store early this morning. 

Around 1:40 a.m., a male wearing a red pull over hoodie, faded jeans, with a blue and white bandana covering his face, entered the Circle K located at 12251 Metro Parkway.  The man demanded that the clerk open the register and hand over cash from the till.  After pocketing the money, the suspect fled the store in an unknown direction. 

He is described as between 5’6” and 5’8” and had a white towel wrapped around his right hand during the commission of the crime.  It is unknown if he was actually armed or not. 

Anyone with information on the suspect and his current whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).  All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.  Tips may also be made online at www.southwestfloridacrimestoppers.com or by submitting a tip on the P3Tips mobile app.
