Eileen Seymour
March 01, 2022

STATUS: OPEN

This week marks the 16th anniversary of the brutal murder of 84-year-old Eileen Seymour. On March 2, 2006, the body of Seymour was discovered brutally murdered in her home on the 1600 block of NE Fiveash Street in Arcadia, Florida. Investigators said it appeared that she had been attacked at the doorway. Her walker was left at the front door, and once inside, the assailant murdered the elderly victim, stole money from her wallet and the rings she was wearing right off her fingers.

Somebody approached Seymour that she knew, had seen or convinced her to go to the door. Investigators think the suspect is a black male in his 40s, who may also have lived in the trailer park.
