YOU DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOUR NAME!  Students who come forward with anonymous tips that lead to an arrest or school disciplinary action may be eligible for a cash reward through SWFL Crime Stoppers.

Schools and law enforcement agree that most students want to do the right thing to keep their schools and neighborhoods safe—but fear of retaliation can hold them back. SWFL Crime Stoppers provides a safe, completely anonymous way to share information, empowering students to take action against crime and victimization while protecting their identity.

Students can report crimes that have happened—or are planned to happen—on school grounds or while riding the bus to and from school. Tipsters remain 100% anonymous. The only person who will ever know you submitted a tip is YOU!

How does Crime Stoppers work?

When you submit a tip to Crime Stoppers, you’ll receive a Tip ID number and a password. Your Tip ID is what identifies you—so keep it safe. Your password lets you log in through the website or the P3 Tips app to add more information or check for updates on your tip.

If your tip leads to an arrest or school discipline (such as suspension or expulsion), you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000, depending on the case.

It’s your responsibility to follow up using your Tip ID number to see if you’ve been approved for a reward. If approved, you’ll be given instructions on where to pick up your cash—completely anonymously.
