On October 13, 2014, the Fort Myers Police Department responded to the area of Cuba Street near the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard in Fort Myers in reference to a shooting. The victim, 5-year-old Andrew Faust, Jr. was playing in the living room of his home when he was fatally wounded by gunfire. Crime Stoppers is hoping that someone from the community will come forward with information needed to help solve this senseless crime. Help bring the people who murdered Andrew Faust, Jr. to justice. He was only 5 years old!!!

#TheSearchContinues More than 50 shots fired in the parking lot of the Edison Mall
 
The Fort Myers Police Department responded to the Edison Mall located at 4125 Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers on December 23, 2011 in reference to a shooting. The victim, later identified as 25-year-old Thomas Arthur Goodman, was walking through the parking lot when witnesses stated a small gray four-door vehicle, with a bunch of guys inside, chased and shot the victim. Goodman suffered multiple gunshot wounds from a high-powered assault rifle. Officers believed the shooter fired around 50 to 60 rounds at the victim. The shooting took place at approximately 9 p.m. outside the entrances of Macy's and JCPenney.

On November 23, 2014, the Fort Myers Police Department responded to the area of Jeannie Lane and Jarmilla Lane in Fort Myers around 7:11 p.m. in reference to a shooting.  Daniel Khallid Hill, 20, was found shot to death.  As Hill exited, a black SUV pulled along his passenger side and shot the victim several times with a rifle.  His death was ruled a homicide. The investigation continues.

The 43-year-old real estate developer, Clarence Eric Dawson, disappeared the evening of September 9, 1988, after he left his home in south Fort Myers to show a potential investor a lot he owned off Corkscrew Road in Estero, where he planned to build a Christian residential community called Familyland. Two months after Dawson disappeared, hunters found Dawson’s body in a shallow grave covered in concrete. Dawson had been shot in the back of the head. His death was ruled a homicide. The investigation continues.

The Naples Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in the death investigation of Franklin Francois. On November 5, 2017, officers from the Naples Police Department were requested to respond at 570 11th Street North for a report of gunshots fired in the area. Upon arrival, officers located the body of Franklin Francois, a 25-year-old black male, lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound. Francois would soon succumb to his injury at Naples Community Hospital. Two or three suspects were seen fleeing the area immediately following the shooting.

On December 4, 1987, the body of Sharon Jones was discovered in an alley located just north of the 1200 block of Central Avenue in the City of Naples. Jones was a 27-year-old black female who was found in an alley, bound, and strangled with portions of her own dress. She was last seen on November 30, 1987, at the Gordon River East apartment complex in the company of two males, Arthur Nesmith and Robert Richet. Her death was ruled a homicide. The investigation continues.

The victim as identified as 25-year-old Coleen Egland, a white female with the date of birth of December 18, 1963. Egland had severe injuries to her head and face. She was last seen in the area of Gladiolus Drive on December 2, 1989. Her death was ruled a homicide. The investigation continues.

Upon arrival, deputies located Raymond Lebron, a Hispanic male born October 25, 1977, on the ground in the parking lot. Paramedics responded to the scene and Lebron was later declared deceased. The death was determined to be a homicide. The investigation continues.
